While bluecap can join meetings automatically, some might opt for more control over which meetings bluecap™ can join. For those users there are a number of manual joining options.
Scenario 1: Create an Instant Meeting
In this scenario you want to create a meeting right now that's joining by bluecap™ and your participants and also blocks off time in your connected calendar.
1) In the top bar of your bluecap dashboard click on schedule meeting.
2) In the dropdown select the icon for your chosen meeting software.
3) Copy the join link and join as normal, once you join bluecap™ will follow you shortly!
Scenario 2: Schedule a future meeting
In this scernario you want to create a meeting that bluecap will join, but you want to hold it at a later time or date.
1) In the top bar of your bluecap dashboard click on schedule meeting.
2) Click on "Schedule Meeting"
3) Add a title and select a time
4) Enter the email of a single participant and then press enter / return. Repeat this step for every participant. Note: upon pressing enter / return your participant becomes a pillbox element below the field. You can remove a participant by clicking the x inside their pillbox.
5) ensure that the meeting is being created in the calendar of your choosing. Take special care if you have multiple calendars connected.
6) Locaiton and Agenda is optional
7) Click "Save"
Once you've compelted these steps you'll see the meeting appear in your upcoming meetings as well as in the calendar yo uselected previously. bluecap™ will automatically attempt to join this meeting at the scheduled time.
