Integrate Zoho CRM with bluecap CI

How to integrate bluecap™ and Zoho CRM

NOTE: A bluecap™  account is required. If you do not have one, please sign up by visiting https://bluecap.ai first.
1. Navigate to Zoho Marketplace and search for bluecap
2. Select bluecap™ from the search results and follow the instructions
3. Once successfully installed, please select a contact with recent interactions and cross-check with Zoho CRM to validate the integration. See the example below: 



How to uninstall Zoho

1. Visit Zoho Marketplace, select bluecap™ from your installed apps and click uninstall.
2. Return to bluecap™, and navigate to your Settings>Integration
3. Confirm the status of the integration, you should see Zoho CRM integration status.
